1. We commit first
Before anyone sits down, the server picks a secret seed and publishes its fingerprint. It cannot change the seed afterwards.
2. You add your own seed
Each player contributes a random seed. Every roll is computed from all three, so nobody controls the outcome alone.
3. The secret is revealed
When the match ends you get the seed, and a page in the app recomputes every roll in your own browser.
How a match works
Sixes are banked
A six gives you another roll and waits in your bank. When you stop rolling sixes, you choose which die moves which token.
Three sixes lose the turn
Roll three in a row and the whole bank is forfeited.
Captures and homecomings roll again
Send an opponent back to their yard, or bring a token home, and you take another turn.
Stars are safe
No captures on a starred square or an entry square. Elsewhere, two of your tokens together form a block.
Exact count to finish
A token needs the exact number to reach home. First to bring all four home wins.
Twenty seconds a move
Run out of time and the move is played for you. Three timed-out turns in a row lose the match.
